Often joked about as being the State Bird of Washington, a Geoduck (pronounced “gooey duck”) is actually a large clam that can weigh as much as 3 pounds and can have a life span exceeding 140 years. With Geoduck clams living less than 5 miles from our farm, we just had to name a lily after them.
