'Lilium primulinum var. ochraceum'
(Species / Wild Lily)
This variant of 'L. primulinum in nature rises to about 4 feet (1.2 meters) and carries 1 to 3 dark centered, greenish-ocher tips, hence the name var. orhraceum. There are examples that have been found in the wild of a darker form where the orcher coloration blends into a pinkish cast as seen in photo insert #2.
