Lilium speciosum var. Kraetzeri
Described by Woodcock & Stern in 'Lilies of the World' as having flowers that are "virginal white' the center of each petal has a delicate fresh green stripe and orange-brown pollen". This was in its day, the favorite form for forcing for the cut flower trade. It was named for M. Em. Kraetzer who was the French Consulate in Yokohama cir. 1870.
