This color change means that you can have both colors on the same stem because they can open over a two to three week period. Older pink clones of Oriental lilies used to exhibit a violet cast as the petals were almost finished, when the topmost layer of color cells “bleached” and the flowers became almost
transparent, but these show no such decline in substance from day to day, which makes a long-lasting show in the garden. 3 to 4 Feet. Late July / Early August Flowering. Fragrant.
